Step Elevation is an Authorized Harmar Dealer providing the sale, in-home consultation, certified installation, and maintenance of precision-engineered stairlifts, including straight and curved models such as the SL600 Pinnacle Premium, SL600HD Heavy-Duty, and Pinnacle SL300. Our services are performed in your home. Any quote provided prior to an in-home assessment is an estimate only and is not final pricing.
3. Use of Website
You may use our website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You agree not to use the website to violate any law, infringe on the rights of others, transmit harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or harvest content, or interfere with the operation of the website.
All content on the website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, videos, and design elements — is the property of Step Elevation or its manufacturer partner Harmar and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Quotes and Consultations
We offer free in-home consultations with no obligation to purchase. Any pricing provided online, by phone, or by text prior to an in-home assessment is preliminary. Final pricing is determined only after an in-home assessment of your stairs, layout, and installation requirements, and is set out in the written service agreement provided at the time of purchase.
5. Products and Warranty
Stairlifts we sell and install are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer (Harmar), which may include lifetime warranty coverage on certain components. The exact warranty terms, coverage, exclusions, and duration are provided in the manufacturer's warranty documentation and in your service agreement at the time of purchase and installation. Step Elevation provides certified installation in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods are set out in the written service agreement you receive at the time of purchase. All amounts are payable in U.S. dollars. Specific cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms are also described in your service agreement.
7. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Step Elevation regarding your inquiry, quote, consultation, installation, or service.
Message frequency varies (up to 6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, get help by replying HELP, or unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the link in any email. 8. Age Restriction

Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Step Elevation is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your wireless carrier, and delivery of SMS messages is subject to your carrier's coverage, service, and transmission capabilities.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Step Elevation, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The information on our website is provided "as is" and for general informational purposes only. While we work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information accurate, we do not warrant that website content is complete, current, or error-free.
